How are you feeling? As for me, I’m fine. There is not much to write about. I feel good and I have been exercising and taking care of myself. I’m going to Krav Maga class tonight. All the books I have been reading have been working out for me. If you’re into meditation, I highly recommend you read this book. Out of the two books on meditation that I ever attempted to read, this one really does it for me, and I really love reading it. I learn so much from it as far as meditation instruction is concerned:
